The driver monitors the flight using the flight number. He sends a message via WhatsApp to the client and waits for the client holding a sign with the client's name. The client's waiting time at the airport is one hour from the scheduled flight arrival time. After this hour, we allow an additional 10-15 minutes. If the client still hasn't arrived, we charge an additional hour for waiting.
Each passenger is entitled to one checked bag.
Airport Departure Transfer:
The driver arrives at the hotel on time indicated at time of reservation. We provide a 15-minute grace period for waiting. Beyond 15 minutes, we charge for an additional hour of waiting time.
