Day 1: Arrive Muscat

Arrival at Muscat international airport. Our staff will meet you in the arrival hall. Transfer to Muscat Hotel. Standard check-in time: 14:00 hrs. Early check-in is available at an additional cost, as detailed in the rate sheet below The rest of the day is free at leisure or guests may choose optional tour (Optional excursions are available, as outlined in the chart at the end of this program) Overnight stay at Muscat Hotel (No Meals)


Day 2: Muscat – Al Hamra

Breakfast at hotel 0800 Hrs. Muscat offers the visitor a unique opportunity to witness a modern commercial center existing in harmony with its traditional culture. With its natural harbor, Muscat means “Anchorage” & lies in a natural volcanic bowl. Our tour of the Grand Mosque except Friday). Dress Code for visiting Grand Mosque (The dress code for the Mosque-Ladies is to be fully covered and to carry a long head scarf and men in full-length trousers. Visit Bait Al Zubair Museum (except Friday) is a brief introduction that traces Oman’s history and development. Drive along the waterfront Corniche visiting the Fish Market & the colorful Muttrah Souq. We proceed for a photo stop at the magnificent Al Alam Palace, the official palace of His Majesty flanked by the 16th-century Portuguese forts Mirani & Jalali. Lunch at Local restaurant. Transfer to Al Hamra via Samail Gap , A dramatic mountain pass with rugged scenery. Great for photos and a quick stretch. Check in at The View Resort in Al Hamra which is a eco-lodge perched 1,400 meters above sea level, offering breathtaking panoramas of Oman’s mountains and valleys. It features an infinity pool, spa, and terrace dining with sunset views, making it one of the most scenic stays in the region. Dinner & Overnight at View.


Day 3: Al Hamra Nizwa

Breakfast. Checkout of the hotel 0900 Hrs: Proceed to visit the village of Al Hamra, well known for clay houses. Visit Misfat Al Abriyeen (Misfah), a pretty mountain village with stone dwellings still in existence. En route to Jabrin, visit the Bahla Fort which has been declared as a World Heritage site. Jabrin, the finest of Oman’s castles built in the late 17th century, became a seat of Omani learning. The castle displays the highest achievement in Omani ceiling painting & beautifully executed woodcarvings. visit the pretty village of Birkat Al Mauz situated at the foothills of Jebel Akhdar (Green Mountains). Enjoy a walk through its oasis and dense date plantations. 1500 Hrs. Check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Golden Tulip Nizwa Hotel


Day 4: Nizwa

Breakfast at Hotel 0730 Hrs: Proceed to the Nizwa souq renowned for its Friday cattle auction, intricately hand-carved "khanjars"(daggers) & ornamental silver jewelry. Visit Nizwa Fort is Oman’s most visited national monument, famous for its massive circular tower (34 m high, 45 m diameter) and ingenious defensive design. Arrive back at the hotel and relax. 1430 Hrs . Drive approximately 30 minutes to Oman Across Ages Museum in Manah. The museum is modern, interactive, and showcases Oman’s history from pre‑Islamic times to today. Enjoy at least 2 hours the galleries, immersive exhibits, and cultural displays. Drive approximately 20 minutes back to Nizwa town. An evening visit to Nizwa Souk is one of the most atmospheric experiences in Oman. The souk comes alive after sunset, with cooler air and softer lighting. Locals gather for socializing, making it a lively cultural scene 2000 Hrs. Proceed back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Golden Tulip Nizwa Hotel.


Day 5: Nizwa – Wahiba Sands

Breakfast. Checkout of the hotel 0730 Hrs: Proceed to the Sinaw market which is a traditional and old market where one can view trade in guns and silver (Mainly on Thursday). Visit Wadi Bani Khalid one of Oman’s most spectacular wadis with its deep blue pools of water. From here we proceed to the Wahiba Sands in 4wd . Visit a Bedouin family in the wilderness. Dinner and overnight stay at Arabian Night Resort


Day 6: Wahiba Sands – Sur – Muscat

0800 Hrs: After breakfast, drive via the coastal route to Muscat. En route, stop at Sur to visit the traditional dhow factory. Take a photo stop at Fatah Al Khair, a ship that is currently part of an open-air museum dedicated to the shipbuilding heritage of Sur, Oman. Built over 70 years ago, the wooden fishing vessel of Fateh Al Khair has strong historical significance to it. It was brought back to Yemen, restored, and grounded on dry land. The ship is said to be hand-built without any nails, and hand-woven ropes were used to shore up. Visitors are not permitted to climb up the dhow but can get up close to look at the flanks. Visit Al-Ayjah Lighthouse from outside was built by the Portuguese, and in the past, it was a defensive tower, turned into a lighthouse used to guide wooden dhows safely to Lake Tyre. (Outside visit only). Photo stop at beautiful Wadi Tiwi ,a vibrant oasis against arid mountains. Drive onwards and stop at Fins beach . Our next stop is the Bimah Sinkhole, a spectacular limestone crater with blue-green water at the bottom. Proceed to Muscat & check in at your hotel in Muscat of your choice. Overnight stay at Muscat Hotel (No Meals)


Day 7: Departure

Breakfast Day free for leisure– Standard Check-out time: 1200 hrs. Departure transfer to Muscat airport to board your flight for onward destination. Note: Guests can extend their stay in Muscat for a beach retreat. Hotel options and rates are available upon request.
